Share Your Vision
Fill out the discovery form on the Contact page. Tell me about your travel party, dates, interests, and budget. The more detail the better, but don't worry if you're still figuring things out.
Once I receive your form, I'll review it and follow up within 48 hours to confirm receipt and schedule our planning call.

We'll hop on a consultation call to refine your vision. I'll ask questions, share ideas, and start sketching your trip. Then I get to work building your custom itinerary.
The itinerary includes day-by-day plans, restaurant picks, hidden gems, transport logistics, opening hours, booking tips, and everything else you need to move through your destination confidently.

You'll receive a polished PDF itinerary and all booking confirmations. From the moment you land to the moment you leave, you'll have a plan and a person to call if anything changes.

Emergency Assistance
You may reach out at any time during your trip. Please identify your situation as an emergency so it can be prioritized.
Payment & Transparency
50/50 Split
50% due at booking to secure your dates. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of your completed itinerary, no later than 14 days before departure.
What's Covered
Your package fee covers all planning time and support. Flights, hotels, and restaurant bills are paid directly by you.
Refund Policy
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. For the final payment: cancellations more than 30 days before departure receive a full refund of the final payment; 15–30 days out, 50% of the final payment; less than 15 days, no refund. Full details in the Service Agreement.
